ROSE OF NEVADA (UK / 2026)
2026 | 114 min | English
Director: Mark Jenkin
Stars: George MacKay, Callum Turner
In a windswept Cornish fishing village, a ghostly relic approaches from the sea: The Rose of Nevada. A trawler that vanished with all hands thirty years earlier, drifts back into the harbour without explanation. To the villagers, it’s more than a ship - it’s a chance to change their fortunes. Nick, a young father struggling to provide, signs on as crew. Beside him is Liam, a newcomer running from a past he can’t face. Together they set sail, chasing survival, redemption, and a sliver of hope. The voyage is triumphant - until they return to shore. Waiting on the dock are not the people they left behind, but faces from 3 decades earlier. Somehow, The Rose has carried them back in time… and the line between past and present is about to unravel.
